HEY THERE!
I don't think I am the only college kid in Pittsburgh absolutely obsessed with coffee...right? Coffee keeps me going and having a Starbucks right on campus is a blessing, honestly. But sometimes I don't want to pay five dollars for a small latte. Sometimes I want a good cup of coffee that I don't have to wait more than fifteen minutes for.
Surprisingly, Pittsburgh has several great little coffee shops! I have compiled a list of these cute cafes; I have explored a few, and some I just read fantastic reviews on.
1.) 21st Street Coffee and Tea || This is a place I've been dying to go to, but just haven't had the time (I am a lazy girl). From what I've seen, the place is super laid-back with a cool, city vibe. One of my coffee snob friends says that their cold-brew is "to die for."
2.) Nicholas Coffee || Just walking into this place sends chills up my spine. All the coffee beans they sell make the entire shop sell like heaven. They don't just sell coffee beans, though. They sell tea-bagged and loose- as well as cigars, and of course freshly brewed. I am a creature of habit and get a vanilla latte each time, but I can tell you it is just the best.

3.) The Commonplace Coffeehouse || Another one I want to visit. As you may have guessed, I love vanilla lattes, and according to some reviews I've read the lattes are amazing. I want to try them so much! The place itself is adorable. I've walked past it a couple of times, and it's irresistible!
4.) Espresso A Mano || Such a great name, first of all. Maybe one of these days during summer, I will walk the strip and go to all these amazing coffee shops and indulge. This cafe screams cute and friendly. The chai lattes look amazing!
5.) Bluebird Kitchen || I've been in here a few times and I haven't been disappointed yet! They serve Counter Culture Coffee, and I always get and iced coffee. They also serve tons of pastries and sandwiches. I haven't ordered food there, but it smells amazing.
